Booking questions
How far ahead can I book online, and what’s the 5:30 PM cutoff?
Online booking covers tomorrow through one month ahead. If you’re booking before 5:30 PM today, tomorrow is open; after 5:30 PM, the earliest opening automatically moves to the day after. Our team reviews every request, so this cutoff makes sure someone can check it during clinic hours. Need to be seen sooner? Call or text your nearest branch.
Why do you verify my phone number?
A quick 6-digit text keeps bookings genuine and makes sure we can reach you to confirm. The code is valid for a few minutes — just enter it and you’re set.
What does “pending” mean?
It means we’ve received your request and your slot is held while we review it. As soon as we accept it, you’ll get a confirmation SMS — your appointment isn’t final until then.
Can I book for more than one person?
Yes — choose Group and set how many are coming (up to 5). We’ll automatically set aside enough time for everyone.
Which branch should I choose?
Both branches offer the same services and the same trusted care, and keep the same hours. Uptown’s direct line is +63 977 240 3657, and Bulua’s is +63 953 745 4298 — pick whichever branch, or number, is easier for you to reach.
Can I book or ask questions by email?
We don’t take booking requests by email. The fastest ways to reach us are a call, a text, or a message on our Facebook page — we reply to all three during clinic hours.
