Dental implants, placed by an implant-trained dentist
An implant replaces the whole tooth — root and crown. A titanium post is placed into the jawbone and fuses with it, so the finished tooth is anchored the way a natural one is: nothing slips, nothing comes out at night, and you can bite into whatever you like. Where the jawbone has already thinned, we can rebuild it with a bone graft first — which is the step that sends most implant cases to another clinic.

Braces & orthodontics
Straightening teeth is not only cosmetic: crowded teeth are harder to clean, and a bite that does not meet evenly wears the teeth it lands on. We assess the bite, the crowding and the spacing first, then plan the treatment around what you actually want to change.

Before a single bracket goes on, we look at how your teeth meet, where they are crowded, and what you want out of the treatment. The braces then move your teeth gently into their planned positions over time.

As the teeth shift, the braces need adjusting to keep applying pressure in the right direction. Skipping these visits is the most common reason orthodontic treatment ends up taking longer than it should. Book them at whichever branch is nearer on the day.

What’s involved
Even careful brushing misses the places where plaque hardens into tartar — the gumline, and between the teeth. Once tartar forms it cannot be brushed off; it has to be scaled away. We then polish the teeth to lift surface staining.

What’s involved
We remove the decayed part of the tooth and rebuild it with a durable, shade-matched composite — no metal, no dark patches. Treated early, a cavity stays a filling. Left long enough, the same tooth needs a root canal instead.

Gentle, pain-managed treatment that stops the pain and saves an infected tooth from extraction.
What’s involved
When decay or an injury reaches the soft pulp inside a tooth, the result is severe pain, swelling or an abscess. Root canal treatment removes the infected tissue, then cleans and seals the inside of the tooth. It is normally finished with a crown, because a treated tooth is more brittle than a healthy one.
The honest version: root canals have a reputation for hurting. It is the infection that hurts. The treatment, done under anaesthetic, is what stops it.

What’s involved
A crown fits over a damaged tooth, holding it together and stopping a crack from splitting it, while restoring its natural shape and how it meets the tooth above. We commonly recommend one after root canal treatment, or where a fracture or a large old filling has left too little tooth to hold itself together.
